November 20, 2025 Board Statement
Dear Fair View Homeowner,
The Board would like to inform the membership that a situation has come to light involving one of the Association’s vendors. As soon as the matter was identified, the Board took immediate and appropriate steps, including notifying the proper authorities and our insurance carrier.
Because the situation is still under active review, we are limited in the information we can share at this time. We will provide updates when we are able.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this matter.
